AccuMeasure’s team of associates uses our cutting edge technology to produce accurate, high quality measured drawings of existing structures.

We provide clear and accurate records of existing conditions with precise details. Our clients are real estate brokers, property managers, architects, building owners, developers, interior designers, construction companies, engineers, and facilities managers.

AccuMeasure’s unique process combines a surveying quality laser measuring device with a hand held pen-tablet computer, custom survey software, and trained field technicians to create accurate plans on-site.

The laser measurements are downloaded directly into the computer and the closure process verifies the accuracy, eliminating the need for return visits.

Typical detail includes walls, doors, windows, stairwells, elevators, plumbing fixtures, and built-in cabinetry. Options include electrical outlets, data and phone jacks, reflective ceiling plans, fire exit plans, lease plans, and individual suite plans. CAD layering standards can be modified to the clients’ requirements.

Final drawings are prepared in our CAD Center and can be delivered in scaled plots, electronic CAD formats and/or graphic files on CD. Options include colorization of tenant, core, and common areas and a lease analysis spreadsheet according to ANSI / BOMA standards.
